Description

The package includes the following services from the date of purchase up until the next CIPC annual renewal:

• South African representation for the company on the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
• South African representation at SARS
• 2 provisional tax return submissions*
• 1 income tax return submission*
• 1 annual CIPC return submission*
• 1 Submission of Beneficial Ownership with CIPC submission

*Company trial balance or financial statements to be provided for submission. Additional accounting services are available and quoted separately.
